On payment of the subscription fee, users are entitled and agree to use the content on their personal devices for their personal use only.

There are no refunds following purchase and first playback of any of the content, so please ensure you have reviewed the trailer video on the homepage of this website to confirm you wish to proceed with your purchase.

Access to the content is currently limited to desktop / laptop computers and mobile devices.

Users who pay (Paying Users) to access any products or content offered by Irish Dancing Masterclass or The Cell Productions Ltd. agree that they are purchasing a non-exclusive and individual license to use and access the product on up to two of their owned devices only, globally and in perpetuity.

The Cell Productions reserves the right to terminate a Paying User's access, without refund and with immediate effect, in the event that a Paying User shares their log in and/or access information with a Non-Paying User who is deemed to be accessing and/or using the programme and/or content without license to do so.

 

Public transmission is strictly prohibited and The Cell Productions reserves the right to terminate a Paying User's access, without refund and with immediate effect, and consider legal action, in the event their access has been used to publicly transmit the programme or any of it's content.

Paying Users use the programme and content at their own risk and should professional medical advice prior to use, if they have any health conditions which may adversely affect their ability to use this programme safely.
